Carefully remove the factory driver side A-pillar by removing the bolt cover with a small flat head Screwdriver and removing the 7mm bolt. Using a Socket or nut driver. 2. Remove the speaker from the factory A-pillar trim. 3. Separate the two halves of the speaker assembly using a small flat head Screwdriver. 4. Snap the speaker cover into the 3-gauge A-pillar. 5. Snap the speaker into the speaker cover. 6. Wrap Teflon tape around the brass fitting on the back of the Boost Gauge, then attach the female brass fitting for the boost line using a 13mm wrench. Note: Do not overtighten. 7. Feed the wires from each gauge into the pillar pod. 8. Insert each gauge into the pod. 9. If you are using the optional 3 Gauge Wiring Kit, attach all of the wires together. 10. Connect all of the yellow wires using a splice connector. 11. Connect all of the red wires using a splice connector. 12. Connect all of the orange wires using a splice connector. This enables the dimming function that will lower the brightness of your gauges 30% for easier viewing when driving at night. 13. Connect all of the black wires using a splice connector. 14. Secure all wires with Zip-Ties. 15. Route the wires through the firewall and into the cab of the truck, keeping clear of any moving parts. Note: You may need to Drill a hole in the firewall if there isn’t one already. It is important to use a grommet on the hole to ensure the wires are not sliced or cut on the firewall. 16. Insert the boost line fitting cap on the boost line followed by the ferrule. 17. Insert the boost line into the boost line fitting and tighten the cap with a 3/8” wrench. (Refer to diagram) Note: Do not overtighten the Ferrule Fitting. 18. Plug the EGT Sensor Harness into the back of the EGT Gauge. (If used) 19. Splice the green signal wire from the Transmission Temperature Gauge to the signal wire from the sensor. (If used) 20. Plug the Fuel Pressure Sensor Harness into the back of the Fuel Pressure Gauge. (If used) 21. Splice the green signal wire from the Fuel Rail Pressure Gauge to the green signal wire from the Fuel Rail Pressure Pigtail Harness. (If used) 22. Reconnect the speaker wires. 23. Secure the GlowShift pillar pod onto the factory A-pillar location using the supplied screw. 1. 2. 12. PROPER ORIENTATION
