Remove the Intercooler Coupler at the Air Intake Manifold using an 11mm wrench to prevent any metal shavings from falling into the engine. Push the Intercooler Pipe out of the way. 2. Using a Center Punch, mark the drill location for the Boost Line. 3. Using the Rubber Intercooler Coupler, position a shop vac hose in the Intake Manifold where you will be drilling. 4. Starting with a 1/8” drill bit, drill a pilot hole. Continue increasing the size of the pilot hole using various drill bits until you reach size R. 5. Tap the hole to 1/8-27 NPT. 6. Thoroughly clean the manifold to remove any metal shavings from the exterior and interior. Note: Failure to remove metal shavings can result in possible engine damage. 7. Wrap Teflon tape around the 1/8-27 NPT threads of the Boost Line Adapter. 8. Tighten the Boost Line Adapter into the Intake Manifold using an 11mm wrench. 9. Reinstall the Intercooler Pipe and Coupler to the Intake Manifold. 10. Slide the Ferrule Fitting Cap and Ferrule onto the Boost Line. (Refer to diagram below) 11. Insert the line into the Ferrule Fitting Adapter and tighten with a 3/8” wrench. Note: Do not overtighten the Ferrule Fitting. 12. Route the Boost Line to an opening in the Firewall on the driver’s side of the Engine Bay and use Zip Ties to secure. Make sure there is no contact with any direct heat source or moving parts of the truck. 4. PROPER ORIENTATION Note: If an aftermarket lift pump is installed you can connect the fuel pressure sensor directly to the lift pump and will not need a Big Line kit. 1. Thread your Fuel Pressure Sensor into the port on the Big Line Kit and tighten with a 22mm wrench. 2. Remove the factory fuel line from the Fuel Filter Housing by depressing the locking retainer and releasing the quick connector on both ends of the line. Take caution as the line could be under pressure. Note: Have a drain pan ready for any loss of fuel. 3. Connect each end of the Big Line Kit to the fuel fittings nipples. Pull to ensure that they are secure. 4. Connect the Fuel Pressure Sensor Harness to the Fuel Pressure Sensor. 5. Route the Fuel Pressure Sensor Harness to an opening in the Firewall on the driver’s side of the Engine Bay and use Zip Ties to secure. Make sure there is no contact with any direct heat sources or moving parts of the truck. 1. 3.
